Okay, so Fashion Is Art, and apparently, the canvas this year was just… skin.
Sheer skin, and diamond-covered, feather-draped, barely-there skin. Beyoncé walked in with a skeleton outlined in actual diamonds (plus a feathered train longer than your patience).
And Gigi showed up in custom Miu Miu, looking like a dream your fashion-brain had at 3 am.
Blackpink star and co-chair Lisa literally became a living sculpture in head-to-toe white Robert Wun.
The theme said Fashion Is Art, and these looks were the art, darling.
Okay, But Can We TALK About These Met Gala Looks?
Sheer. Skeletal. Sculptural. The Met Gala red carpet was giving art history class, except nobody was sleeping through THIS lecture.
