The restaurant is owned by Stockholm Parr, who is also a famous chef and a three Michelin starred owner. He currently holds other business, but this is the most precious stone in his crown. The Leijontornet charges over $300 per head, or higher if you ask for special services. The restaurant owns two Michelin stars despite its high costs. It is one of the easiest in this list to book a reservation for, with a minimum wait of only one week.
