We identify with you if you happen to be one of those people who like their celery crisp. Merely storing it in the fridge, therefore, is not an option.

This is because the celery releases a gas called ethylene which makes it more likely to get overripe. This is much worse when you store it in a plastic bag. To counter this problem, we recommend wrapping the celery in aluminum foil. The foil will not trap the gas and allow it to pass. This will help you keep your celery fresh for a more extended period while also maintaining the crispiness.
