However, she does have a favorite, where she hosts her legendary parties with her celebrity friends – at her $17 million 1,000-square-foot eight bedrooms Rhode Island “beach house” located in the highest point in Watch Hill and features a stunning view of over 700 feet of shoreline and the bay. According to Business Insider, Tay Tay had spent over $40 million on her various real-estates (not including rentals), so it’s safe to say she will never have to take a mortgage to own a house.
