A Healthy, Happy Kid
Sally grew up in Bedfordshire, England, a quaint town with country views around 40 miles outside of London. For the most part, she had a healthy and happy childhood. Sally lived in a modest house with her parents, younger brother, and a lot of cats. Her parents took their kids’ education very seriously, which worked out for Sally because she loved going to school and had dreams of becoming a doctor.

The only health issues that Sally can remember from her childhood are from her days as a ballet dancer. Her teacher would make comments about Sally’s joints and said that they moved in a strange way. But other than that, Sally was perfectly healthy, or so she thought…
