Where Are Your Boots, Cowboy?
Austin (now 24) was out celebrating his 21st birthday with some friends. He first met his future-wife at Gilley’s- a famous country music bar. Chantel made fun of Austin for not wearing cowboy boots, but that didn’t turn him away. Instead, he smiled her across the dance floor, continuing to try his luck.

Eventually, they started talking and dancing together, and they both felt a spark. Chantel explains: “It just felt like we knew each other forever. We went to grab a bite after the bar and exchanged numbers. Chantel’s friends wanted to go shopping the next day, but she texted Austin to see if he maybe wants to go to the festival early. He was already there.
