Meet Billy Barr. He’s been living in Gothic, Colorado, one of the coldest places in the United States, for 40 years. The purpose of his living in the wilderness has to do with him recording data about the snowpack. This video was the winner of the Film4Climate competition organized by the Connect4Climate Program of the World Bank (film4climate.net).
